Achieve More! Scotland (A&M) is a non-profit organization based in Glasgow that delivers programs of community based activities to children and young people from areas of high social deprivation. The aim is to break down territorial barriers and provide life chances to those young people that are considered far from employment and educational activities.

The work aims to include young people (5-25) in a fun and supportive environment and using sport as a tool to engage young people to achieve their goals and create a sense of identity. Community activities also take the form of play, group-work, volunteering, employability and personal development sessions. The organization improves young people’s physical and mental health and well-being, confidence and self-esteem, aspirations, personal responsibility and life chances by engaging them in weekly, structured, positive activities that work across communities and are delivered by role models (experienced and trained youth workers/coaches.)

A&M currently works across 30 different communities within Scotland on 6 days each week. The organization works with between 1500-2000 young people each week and has around 3000 individuals registered to take part in the offered activities.

A&M has experience with different elements of the Erasmus+ program, including coordinating European Voluntary Service (EVS) sending and hosting programs. The organization also is experienced in the preparation of volunteers for overseas placements, both short and long-term volunteers.
